Ocean Edge Resort Club Membership

Golf Membership

Golf Membership provides the Member and his/her immediate family with access to all the Club’s facilities and amenities including golf, tennis, fitness, spa, swimming, dining and private beach. Golf Members do not pay greens fees or court fees for the use of the golf and tennis facilities, but do pay golf cart fees. Special Member-only tee times are reserved for Golf Members. Extended Family (parents, adult children and grand children) have limited access to facilities.

Initiation Fee ………………………............................…. $35,000

Monthly Dues April 1, 2008 – March 1, 2009 ...............$400 per month

*A 5% discount is given if dues is paid in full for the year.

Payment Terms: The initiation fee may be paid in full or in two payments. The first payment (one half of the initiation fee) is due with the application and the second half is due one year from enrollment. 7.5% interest is charged on the balance.

Sports Membership

Sports Membership provides the Member and his/her immediate family with access to all the Club’s tennis, fitness, spa, swimming, and dining facilities. Sports Members may play golf as the guest of a Golf Member, subject to guest fees and limits on guest usage in accordance with the Rules and Regulations. Sports Members do not pay court fees for the use of the tennis facilities. Sport Members may also choose to add access to the private beach at Ocean Edge. Extended Family (parents, adult children and grand children) have limited access to facilities.
