This lovely and freshly painted upper level 2 bedroom/2 bath condo overlooks the 14th green and is strategically located in the front of Eaton Village and close to Fletcher pool. A family of 4 can sleep comfortably with a Queen bed in the Master bedroom and 2 twins in the front bedroom. The living room has a TV/VCR and a large AC unit. On the deck outside the living room is nice sitting area. The charcoal grill is in the common area below. Internet access is provided. For larger parties, we also rent units nearby (EA0070 & EA0083). No pets, no smoking.

Access to these Ocean Edge amenities varies by rental unit. Bayside condominiums are within walking distance to a private bay-side beach. Condos on the villages side are a five-minute drive to Brewster's public bay-side beaches.
