This lovely patio home with loft has new carpeting and new
furnishings. The Master bedroom has a Queen bed while the second
bedroom 2 twin beds. There is a full-sized sleep sofa in the
loft. For your entertainment needs there is a TV and stereo in
the living room and a TV/DVD/VCR in the loft. There is a large
ductless AC unit positioned high in the living/dining area in
front of the ceiling fan to maximize airflow. There are also
fans in the bedrooms. The kitchen has a new stove, dishwasher,
and refrigerator and is exceptionally well-stocked with kitchen
amenities. The extra large patio in back has a charcoal grill
and new patio furniture. This property offers WIFI internet hook
up.
If you need additional units we also rent nearby (SU0080). No pets, no
smoking.
Travel Insurance is available upon request.
