Ready to book for 2008- This bright unit has AC upstairs in both
bedrooms and the hallway; 1 Queen bed in MBR, the other BR has 2
Twin Beds and there is a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room.
In the LR there is a TV & VCR, with a Sleeper Sofa, another
Sofa, Recliner, Chair and Ottoman. The 1.5 bathrooms have a
half-bath on ground floor with a full bathroom upstairs. There
is a Washer & Dryer at the top of the stairs. Kitchen has
microwave, dishwasher and all the amenities of home. From the
Patio, sitting at the table having your morning coffee you can
see the best parts of the horse farm and view the golf course.
No pets, no smoking.
