The unit sleeps 6-8 and includes a queen-sized sofa bed. Enjoy the beach, tennis, and pools, all a short walk from your unit. You will find 2 restaurants on the property. If biking is your thing, the Cape Cod Bike Trail is close by.

The living room/dining room has newly tiled floor in the dining area, a queen sofa bed, 2 arm chairs, a marble fireplace, new shutters on the sliders, built-in air conditioner, entertainment center with stereo and TV, cable, and Wireless DSL modem. One set of sliders opens to a deck with a grill and patio furniture. The first bedroom has twin beds, an armoire with a TV/DVD, built-in air conditioning, a private full bath, and large sliders. The master bedroom has a king bed, armoire with a TV/DVD, built-in air conditioning, large closet, a private full bath, and large sliders. The third bedroom has a king bed, dresser, new shutters on the window, closet, and a full bath. The kitchen is fully equipped including new appliances, microwave, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. There is a new washer/dryer in this unit. There is a short stroll to the private bay beach, pool, and tennis courts. If you need additional units, we also rent nearby (BP0072 & BP0113). No pets, no smoking.
