This lower Eaton unit
has a definite beachy feel with its pastel nautical décor. The
patio area has glimpses of the golf course through the trees.
The living room has a TV, VCR, and stereo as well as AC. The
Master bedroom has white wicker furniture with a Queen bed a TV
and DVD player. The second bedroom has white wicker furniture
with 2 twin beds. Brewster fire code states that any open flame
(gas & charcoal grills) must be no closer than 15 feet from the
unit. For larger parties, we also rent a unit upstairs (EA0142). No pets, no smoking.
Travel Insurance is available upon request.
This property welcomes

Pool/Fitness Center
Access. Use of resort shuttle is also included. Bed linens are
provided.

Access to these Ocean Edge amenities varies by rental unit. Bayside condominiums are within walking distance to a private bay-side beach. Condos on the villages side are a five-minute drive to Brewster's public bay-side beaches. |
