Wonderful, bright and airy 2nd floor unit that has a Cathedral
Ceiling and overlooks the 11th hole from the private deck. New
AC in living room and another AC in the Master bedroom. Queen
sized beds in both bedrooms, 2TVs, VCR, DVD and two stereo
systems. New HD Flat Screen TV in the Living Room. Full cable TV
package. There is a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room. Fully
applianced and equipped eat-in kitchen. New microwave over the
range. Washer-dryer in unit. Brewster fire code states that any
open flame (gas & charcoal grills) must be no closer than 15
feet from the unit. New deck chairs. For larger parties, we also rent
units nearby (EA0139 &
EA0083). No pets, no smoking.
Travel Insurance is available upon request.
