A delightful end unit apartment that overlooks a pond from the
patio. Very private backyard and side yard. There is AC in the
Living Room, Master Bedroom and 2nd bedroom. 3 AC units in all.
The Master Bedroom has a Queen sized bed with a TV and VCR. The
second bedroom has two Twin Beds. There are 2 Queen Futons and a
TV in the Living Room with a DVD/VCR Player. The Kitchen has all
one would need plus a dishwasher, and a washer/dryer. For
large groups, we also rent a unit nearby (CH0087).
No pets, no smoking.
Travel Insurance is available upon request.

Access. Use of resort shuttle is also included. Bed linens are

Access to these Ocean Edge amenities varies by rental unit. Bayside condominiums are within walking distance to a private bay-side beach. Condos on the villages side are a five-minute drive to Brewster's public bay-side beaches. |
