This lovely patio home with loft has private back yard with a wooded view. The Master Bedroom downstairs has a Queen bed with TV/DVD, AC and ceiling fan. The second bedroom downstairs has 2 twin beds and a ceiling fan. The bright and airy living room with all new furniture has a beautiful cathedral ceiling, ceiling fan, AC and a large TV with DVD/VCR. Up the spiral staircase is a sitting area with a two twin beds. The kitchen has all the amenities of home, including a dishwasher and washer/dryer. For those who may need to have a working vacation, this property provides the convenience of WIFI access. If you need additional units we also rent nearby. No Pets, No Smoking. Travel Insurance is available upon request. This property welcomes payment by personal check or Visa/Mastercard. Pool/Fitness Center Access. Pool passes provided for 6 people (age 5 and older). Children under 5 do not require a pool pass. Use of Resort Shuttle is also included. Bed Linens are provided.
