There are three different styles of townhouses available. Townhouses are a versatile choice for your vacation, as they sleep up to eight people, depending on which two-bedroom layout you choose. Townhouse style units are located in the following three different villages of the complex: Billington Village, Howland Village, and Trevor Village. Billington Village townhouses tout stunning views of the 18th fairway, while the Howland Village townhouses are located within walking distance of many of the complexe's facilities, including the indoor pool, an outdoor pool, tennis courts, the driving range and basketball courts. Similarly, the Trevor Village townhouses are conveniently located near the tennis courts and driving range and offer lovely views of the 4th hole of the Ocean Edge golf course.

Townhouses A-Styles

1 Bed, 1 Bath on 1st Floor and 1.5 Bed, 1 Bath on 2nd Floor, End Unit

The “A style” townhouse is the biggest of the three Ocean Edge townhouses. The two-story, “A style” townhouse is always an end unit. With 2.5 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, this condo offers plenty of room to include all of your loved ones on your vacation. The open floor plan has cathedral ceilings, skylights and a loft that overlooks the living room.

Find A-Style Ocean Edge Townhouses For Rent

It allows guests to experience both privacy and the communal feel of being on vacation. Certain “A style” units have a fireplace, a storage unit in the back yard, gas heat and air conditioning. Please confirm these amenities before booking. All “A style” townhouses offer a small attic for extra storage. These large units are consistently in very high demand as a rental.

Townhouses B-Styles

1 Bed, 1 Bath on 1st Floor and 1 Bed, 1 Bath on 2nd Floor, End Unit

The “B style” townhouse is nearly a replica of the “A” unit townhouse, just a bit smaller with one room on the second floor rather than two. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this unit is also located on the end and has cathedral ceilings with skylights. As with the other townhouses, some have fireplaces, storage units, gas heat and air conditioning.

Townhouses C-Styles

1/2 Bath on 1st Floor and 2 Beds, 1 Bath on 2nd Floor, Middle Unit

The “C style” townhouse is the second biggest of the three townhouses at Ocean Edge. This unit has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. With traditional ceilings and staircase, the middle unit townhouse provides one of the better cost verses rent ratios of the townhouses options. The C unit has either wooded or golf course views.
