2015 was good for Ocean Edge sales with 58 condos sold. All were on the villages side with no bayside units selling this year. Prices are steadily moving up. My listings sold 31% faster than the competition and for 8% more in price. I sold 8 times the number of units compared with the next agent and my firm, Leighton Realty, sold 4 times the number of units compared with the next agency. It has never been clearer where you should list your condo for sale when the time comes.
